  • Altitude was founded by Dr. Marci Schwartz to develop a resource for children and parents to experience unique opportunities for growth and support. Dr. Schwartz is a leader in her field, working with parents of children with autistic spectrum disorders. From her work in private practice, it became clear that families could greatly benefit from a wider array of services than are currently available to address their own needs as parents as well as the needs of their children.

  • Altitude is overseen by an advisory board that includes not only leaders in the field of psychology but also long-time successful professionals in children's summer camping. The Chair of the Advisory Board is Dr. Marci Schwartz. Camp Altitude is a member of the Northern California Section of the American Camp Association.

  • Altitude: Partnering with Families is led by Clinical Director Dr. Louise Kindell.
